  1. so after reading the NOVEL, I just learned of a haircut I have scheduled. :-) F.Y.I. did you forget to add anything? hahah I’m sure shooting myself in the foot seems obvious, but , do we also have deads (strength today?) OOOH boy!

  2. This is a fun one! I got to do it at noon with Gretchen today, which was awesome. Since the workout is a bit longer, deadlifts are not programmed for today, but are on the agenda later this week.

  3. Tammy wants to know if Cross fit Junction is responsible for providing a lift that can get her on and off the toilet????
