“Death by 10 meters”

Two cones will be set up 10 meters apart. You will sprint 10m the first minute, 20m (down and back) the second minute, 30m the third minute and so on until you can no longer fit the entire distance required in the allotted minute. A ground touch will be required on all turnarounds.
