The cyclocross race on Saturday was AWESOME!!!

There was a short running start to our bikes….

That all looked the exact same……

Tyler got some.

So did Mike.

Ryan was our inspiration, thanks buddy!!

There was some single track, some dirt, some hills, a bridge, a couple of dismount points, a big ass log, some grass, and I am pretty sure Tyler and his left side found a slippery patch of leaves while trying to pass someone.  The ump called him safe.  The spectators roared. It was sweet.

Seriously, you don’t want to miss the next one.  Entry fee is only $5 and it is so fun!!

Five rounds for time of:

12 Deadlifts (155/95)

9 Hang power cleans

6 Push jerks

In honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and one-year old son T.J.

  1. Dude the CX race was sweet! Congrats to Tyler, Amy, Katie, and Mike for spending some good quality time in the pain cave.

  2. For local (GJ) races, check out livetrainrace.com. I believe there is one more race left for the season here…. It’s on Saturday, December 18, 10am @ Canyon View Park.
