Scaling vs Rx…..

Perhaps most of us desire to write our name and time on the whiteboard and nothing else in parenthesis. Within our walls that shows that we did the WOD as prescribed. Please keep in mind that these workouts we do are designed to challenge the experienced, elite-level CrossFitter. A small percentage of our gym should be capable of doing them as Rx’d with the desired power output. That being said, scaling is not a bad thing!!! We are constantly in search of a desired stimulus within each workout and asking you to scale is just eliciting the outcome we are in search of.

The only classes that will be offered on Friday (April 1) are:

6:30am, 8am and Noon.

We will not be holding 4:15 (CFKids), 5pm and 6pm classes on this day.

Workout #2 for the CrossFit Open will be released tomorrow, 3/29.
We will do this workout in-house on Wednesday, 3/30. So if you are a registered athlete for the Open, please make sure you get in here on Wednesday!!
