Strength: Front squat 2-2-2-2-2-2

WOD:

30 GHD sit-ups
225 pound Deadlift, 30 reps (155#)
30 Double-unders
95 pound Overhead squat, 30 reps (65#)
30 Pull-ups

Drew bustin’ out some stick jumps.
