5-10 minutes rest, then-

As many rounds as possible in 15:00 of:
10 Back Squats (135#/95#)
15 KB Swings (53#35#)
20 Sit ups

Burpee shenanigans…..

Yes, there is 9am class tomorrow!! See ya there!

  1. Hey, I was just mimmicking what my “Level 1” Instructor was showing me! The “Matrix Burpee” or in layman’s terms, “The Flying Burpee” is a very technical movement that involves advanced mastery. Kids….do not try this one at home. Worst of all, Mike beat me on this workout by the same amount Thom beat my Annie time…..1 second.

  2. Yeah, we just barely got Mike recovered from the “Fake Chow” incident, then he tweaked his back a bit, the last thing he needs now is to go chin first into the mat!
