2012 CrossFit Junction Battle At The Box is this weekend!!! All classes are cancelled on Saturday and Sunday.
Movement standards will be posted online with the announcement of the workouts. These will also be reviewed at the gym each morning at 8:45am. Your judge will be very strict on these, so please make sure you are 100% clear on what is expected of you prior to each workout!
