AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
10 Abmat sit-ups
10 Goblet squats (53#/35#)
15 Toes-to-bar

Can you see the differences in their set up positions for the med ball cleans? Thoughts?

We ARE having 9am class on Saturday. We ARE having Open Gym only on Monday, July 4th from 8am-11am. There will be a regularly scheduled WOD which you can complete at any time during the open gym hours. All other classes on Monday are cancelled.

  1. The guy in black looks hot! I like the set-back and posture I display, back on my heals allowing me to drive with more power. However, recent findings suggest Shannon shows better head position with keeping his (neck straight) .
