50 One-legged squats, alternating
225 pound Hang clean, 30 reps (135#)

A little blast from the past…. Theron and Chuck’s first workout e-v-e-r at CFJ. Wow, have they come a loooooong way…….. So rad.

  1. Good luck tomorrow at the tourney! Hope you guys bring the trophy back to GJ! A bit of advice put Chad on the girls team, he will perform better.
