10 Knees to Elbows

*15min time cap
*Power cleans should be AHAP up to 225/155. Choose heaviest weight you can do and still make time cap.

C-D:
Couch stretch, 2min/side

  1. S-wod: 245-265-275(6) not good, but the most I have been able to do since the hip injury.

    D-wod: 13:58, cleans at 225lbs
