Beginning Feb. 22, a new WOD will be released each week. We will be doing these as a regular class WOD…. so why not?!
Registration opens on Feb. 1. Please sign up! We have quite a few members that would love a fighting chance at the Regional Competition May 3-6, location TBA. For every member that our gym has registered and contributing to our overall team points, increases our gym’s overall score. WE NEED YOU!!
