Schedule for the holiday week:
Monday – Regular schedule
Tuesday – Regular schedule. All classes will be held at the Stocker Stadium track today.
Wednesday – Regular schedule
Thursday – Regular schedule
Friday – 9am class only.
Saturday – Gym closed.
Regular schedule resumes on Monday, December 27.

So….. the holiday season has a way of making one feel a little too comfortable with the cookies and egg nog. Hang in there!! If you don’t fall off the wagon, you do not have to get back on.
One of my all-time favorite quotes: “If you stay ready, you ain’t got to get ready!” Applicable in so many areas. Do not let all of your hard work fade away…. stay in the game. Continue to make the same good choices you were making pre-holiday season and you will find your goals that you set for the new year much more attainable.
