Final week of the Nutrition Challenge! If you opted in for the Bod Pod at the beginning, please sign up for a Friday (2/10) time slot to re-test. Please sign up by Wednesday so I can give the HPL a heads up.

Our finale will be this Saturday at 10am. We will post heat sheets for your workout at the gym. Please bring a food/drink item to share for post-workout hang out.

If we’re lucky, our awesome fellas from Complete Nutrition will be on site to offer some great suggestions for the “nutrition challenge is over, I’d like to add in some supplements, what is best for me?” question. Woo hoo!!
