With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… Continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
February is just a week away and we have a few exciting things worth mentioning……
We are adding a 3:30pm class to the schedule. This will be offered every weekday but Wednesday (CFKids have dibs!).
We are adding a Sunday class. The gym will be open from 11am-1pm. There will be a WOD posted but not a slated class start time. Please be courteous to your coach and make sure you arrive in plenty of time to complete the workout before 1pm.
The above mentioned class times will begin in February. If there is another day/time that you would like to see added to the schedule, speak up!! We’ll never know what you want unless you ask!
