Chad taking a breather.

I love seeing these moments. You initially get to the gym for your workout and are often still holding on to your ego, your heated seats, and perhaps thinking a bit about how cold it is outside and you can’t imagine we’d possibly do a workout with running in it?! ┬áThen you get started, and good old-fashioned hard work and sweat has you doing your burpees shirtless… on concrete… in the snow… in 20 degree weather. Inhibitions are thrown out the window and you are just in the moment. Workday stress has subsided, home life drama is void, and you are simply 100% focused on the task at hand. It’s a beautiful thing.

Chief Petty Officer Nate Hardy was killed Sunday February 4th, 2008 during combat operations in Iraq. Nate is survived by his wife, Mindi, and his infant son Parker.

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings
