We are closed today but back on a regular schedule tomorrow!

Here is one you can rally and do at home or a central meeting spot….

For time:
70 Burpees
60 Sit-ups
50 KB Swings (53/35)
40 Pull-ups
30 Handstand push-ups

*If you do not have access to a KB or a pull-up bar, pick another fun exercise that would be appropriate for the given rep scheme. 50 Lateral hops over a barrier perhaps? 40 Walking lunges? Hand-release push-ups as a scaling option for HSPU’s?

Whomever you are in good company with today, scale it to their ability and do a workout together! Fun!

We sure miss you guys!! We will be back on track tomorrow. We cannot help but come home inspired, motivated, ready to DO WORK!

DON’T FORGET!! We are having a going away party for Coach Thom this Friday (7/20) night at 6:30pm. Bring your spouse, your kids, and a meaty Paleo-friendly dish (and/or Non-Paleo-friendly beverage) to share and join us in bidding a fond farewell to our dear friend.

  1. A big thank you to Thom who took the initiative to open the gym today for a large group who was itching to workout after a few days off! You will certainly be missed around here.
