On Wednesday, July 4, we will have 6am, 8am, and Noon classes only.
This Saturday, July 7, we will be at Cabela’s from 10am-4pm promoting the benefits of getting physically prepared prior to opening day of hunting season. Stop in for a workout or just to say hi!! If you are a hunter, we’d love to see you show your support and personal experiences!
THIS SUNDAY, July 8, we have the opportunity to host Hollie Mangold, Olympian!! She is headed to London this summer to compete in Olympic Lifting. Exact time and cost details to follow, but estimate 4 hours (10-2 or 12-4) for $50, so please let me know if you’re interested! This is a great opportunity!! I need a solid 10 people to semi-commit by EOB today so I can give them a courteous definitive answer.
