Listen Up!!! We’ve got 2 competitions for you guys!!

#1- CFJ Battle at the Box. This will be an in-house competition. To be eligible to compete: You must be a CrossFit Junction member. You cannot be a coach. You cannot have any prior CrossFit competitions under your belt (excluding the CF Open). Mark your calendars for September 8-9. This will be a multiple event, 2-day competition. We will have awards for the top 3 men and women. Those of us that have been around a while and have travelled around and done competitions want to bring this experience to you guys. DO IT! It will be so fun!! If you have no desire but would like to volunteer as a judge or logistical helper, that would be awesome! Look for more details to follow, but meanwhile Рmark your calendars!!

#2 – Whole30 Challenge. This is a nutrition challenge. Runs from July 30 – August 30. That’s right, 1 week from today we are asking you to challenge yourself to 30 days of squeaky clean eating. We will do a “before” benchmark workout on Monday, July 30 and again at the conclusion. You will be assigned to a coach to help you succeed. You will be on a team. Your team will be competing against other teams. It will be $10 to enter. Winner gets the pot (and more….??). What is the Whole30? Read more HERE.
