40 Hand-release push-up
30 KB swing (53/35)
20 Burpees
10 Pull-ups
800M Run

Reminder:

New class times, effective today, 6:30am is now 6am and 7:30am is now 8am. 6:30pm class has been removed from schedule but will be replaced with some fun stuff in the near future.

A few things to look forward to:

The CrossFit Games are this weekend!! Yay!! We are planning on doing some fun stuff around the gym so keep your weekend open – we’d love to have you hang with us! We will be planning a live stream of the event, some workouts, some BBQ, some head shaving…. good times.

– This Saturday (7/30) plan on the early am WOD (to replace the 9am class) being the Monument Downhill 5K, 8am start.

– Anyone interested in running the Mt. Sneffels Marathon or Half Marathon on August 13?

– Mark your calendars for September 17. CrossFit Agoge is hosting the Uncompahgre Mesa Team Fitness Challenge. We did it last year and it was a blast!! Teams of 4. Get your team together now.

  1. I’m definately in for the Agoge Team Challenge. If you do only one event this year, I would encourage you not to miss this one. Good to see everyone this evening back from rest days, vacations, or fund raising events. It’s time to hit it hard again!
