Run 200 meters
50 Hand-release push-ups
Run 400 meters
40 Hand-release push-ups
Run 800 meters
30 Hand-release push-ups

ATTENTION: The gym will be closed this Saturday, June 9 for the Highline Hustle. If you are not participating individually or on a team, come out anyway to BBQ and hang at the lake!!
