Tyler and Jeremy.
Quite a few of you could already climb a rope when you walked through our doors, but quite a few of you have recently added rope climbs to your bag of skills. Nice work to those that have become more efficient at the skill and congratulations to those that have conquered!!
The first workout for the CrossFit Open will be released tomorrow night.
The workout released each Tuesday (for the next 6 weeks) will be our WOD on Wednesday (unless we run into equipment issues).
This is for many reasons:
1. If you are a registered competitor and cannot make the Saturday workout at CrossFit Agoge, CrossFit Red, CrossFit Junction or any other registered affiliate, you can complete the workout on Wednesday with a judge to validate.
2. If this is your first competition environment and perhaps you are a bit gun-shy about performing in front of a bunch of unknown fellow athletes on Saturday, do the workout on Wednesday and offer a helping hand as a judge or volunteer on Saturday.
3. If you are not competing, these workouts will be fun to perform in a ramped-up environment. I am excited for everyone to get in on the fun of the CrossFit Games season!
If you are planning on competing, do not delay on registering as an athlete at games.crossfit.com! We would be happy to walk you through this process and and answer any questions, just let us know!
We will be heading to CrossFit Agoge on Saturday March 19th and CrossFit Red on Saturday, March 26th. Events will begin at 11am.
CrossFit Junction will be hosting the April 9th workout, just a heads up.
