A huge ‘CONGRATS!’ goes out to all 40 of you guys that took on the 2012 CrossFit Open. We are so proud of each and every one of you! Hopefully this experience has fueled the fire for the upcoming year…. weaknesses were exposed in a way to motivate you to become faster and stronger athletes.

The next step for the qualifying athletes/teams will be the CF Regionals in Castle Rock, CO on May 4-6. We are definitely going so the gym will be closed for that long weekend. If you have the opportunity to go, GO! The athleticism only gets more and more amazing from here on out!!

Also, we’d like to start planning our road trip to the CrossFit Games in California in July, so if you’re interested in going, write your name on the monthly challenge board at the gym and we’ll start figuring out costs. That trip….. will be awesome, to say the least.

Today is the last day to submit your Progenex order… Here is what is available:

More Muscle – Belgian Chocolate only – $60 (normally $70 + shipping)

ProPack – Belgian Chocolate or Tropical Vanilla – $105 (normally $125 + shipping)

  2. Happy b-day Chuckzilla! Yes Mike, they still make fun of my age, think I’m going to need to open a can of “the Thominator” on a few of them. :-) hope Arizona has been nice bro. I know we all miss you here. Oh, & John, I thought you had me by a few months? I will make sure to get the assisted walker brought in. Hahah

  3. Thanks guys. And yes Sara, I might be getting some grey hairs and wrinkles around the sack area but as John kindly pointed out I have a ways to go to catch thom! Ha ha!!
