You can see Annie doing a great job of JUMPING the barbell up during a thruster. Nice!

Today’s workout is a small collection of very basic gymnastics movements. What is virtuosity? An ability to do the common, uncommonly well. Hold yourself to a strict standard of movement today. After all what is the point of comparing an apple to an orange?

Just a heads up – all classes this Friday, March 9, will be at the track at Stocker Stadium. FUN!!
