“Fight Gone Bad!”
Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 10 ft target (20/10)
Sumo deadlift high-pull (75/55)
Box Jump, 20″ box
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
The CrossFit Games Open series has come to a close. I am VERY proud of all of you that chose to participate. Hopefully the experience has been fun and has positively fueled your fire to become a faster, stronger, better athlete by this time next year. Keep up the hard work, have fun, and remember our goal is simply to become a little bit better each day.
