We are holding a normal class schedule today.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

10 Wall ball shots (20/14)
10 Toes to bar
10 Box jumps (24″/20″)

Not an unhappy face in the bunch…. Thanks to Ryan for offering up some Cyclocross pointers on Saturday. Mark your calendars for Nov. 5 – that is the race we are trying to heavily populate. It will be at Long Family Park. Check the Upcoming Events Tab for further info such as start times, cost, etc..

Hot Yoga is our next planned Sports Series event to be booked. Tess at Yoga Vinyassa has been generous enough to offer us up two 60-min. class times to show us what the world of Heated Power Yoga is all about. Classes are limited to 15 people and sign-up sheets are at the gym. The first one will be Saturday, Nov. 26 at 11am and the second one will be Sunday, December 4 at 11am. She has offered these classes to us at no charge (you will need to rent a mat for $1 if you do not own one). Sign up today!

ATTENTION: All classes this Thursday, Oct. 13, will be held at the River Trail behind the Redlands Albertsons (next to closed Blockbuster). This is just across the street from Dos Hombres and (closed) Ultimate Fitness…. Let me know if you need directions/further info..

  1. I hope everyone had as much fun as I did on Saturday! I really enjoyed showing everyone how much fun you can have on two wheels! I hope everyone can join us on November 5th as Crossfit Junction looks towards ultimate domination of both the registration booth and post race raffle! (and get a few podium spots along the way….)

I think Angelo and Thom won the Le Man’s style start to the bikes because they were more aerodynamic by not wearing helmets……. Or it could have been the fact that the rest of us were trying to run in bike shoes (ouch)!!

I think Angelo’s question to Autumn summed up the day pretty well, “what’s wrong with Ryan?”

Thanks to Mark (dude in blue) for joining our crazy group!!

  2. Thanks a lot Ryan! Braden and I had a blast. I’m always up for anything on two wheels. No joke on running in bike shoes! I think I hyper extended right knee! You can actually see Amy laughing at my technique!
