Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
10 Wall ball shots (20/14)
10 Toes to bar
10 Box jumps (24″/20″)
Not an unhappy face in the bunch…. Thanks to Ryan for offering up some Cyclocross pointers on Saturday. Mark your calendars for Nov. 5 – that is the race we are trying to heavily populate. It will be at Long Family Park. Check the Upcoming Events Tab for further info such as start times, cost, etc..
Hot Yoga is our next planned Sports Series event to be booked. Tess at Yoga Vinyassa has been generous enough to offer us up two 60-min. class times to show us what the world of Heated Power Yoga is all about. Classes are limited to 15 people and sign-up sheets are at the gym. The first one will be Saturday, Nov. 26 at 11am and the second one will be Sunday, December 4 at 11am. She has offered these classes to us at no charge (you will need to rent a mat for $1 if you do not own one). Sign up today!
ATTENTION: All classes this Thursday, Oct. 13, will be held at the River Trail behind the Redlands Albertsons (next to closed Blockbuster). This is just across the street from Dos Hombres and (closed) Ultimate Fitness…. Let me know if you need directions/further info..
