    S-WOD- 7:49 I am top heavy and I Fu%^&*$ hate that workout…. God damn ABmat situps.

    d-wod: 6:59 (Did first 50 abmat sit-ups strict with arms crossed over chest and hands on shoulders, then competitiveness got the best of me and I started throwing my hands in order to speed up the sit-ups).
