  1. Since our web site has a search function and and archive look-up, I am going to start posting my scores and results here. I think that with these two functions it should be fairly easy to go back and look up previous results and scores for comparision. Plus it would be a good place to follow the numbers everyone in the other classes is putting up and hear what they thought of the wod. I would encourage everyone to start posting their results and thoughts everyday. I think it helps to build a little more community between the people in different classes, and it is also a way to track our progress.

    S-WOD: 185-205-215-225 (first time with this movement since hip injury).
