  1. S-WOD @ 135 cycled reps touch and go ( went lighter, hammies still wound up tight from the sprints and monkey humping a football GHR’s, plus looking @ 50 reps @ 225# for deads just went light.)

D-WOD 7:24- Comp Rx’d (murder WOD) good shit Cody.

  2. There you go, giving them ideas! 😉

Yeah, my hams are still wadded from Tuesday but I mostly loosened up and really enjoyed today’s WOD.

S-WOD – 95# (I’m still figuring this motion out but I look to cut my learning curve by attending the next round of oly lifting!)

    D-WOD – modded – 115#/35# – 11:20

Gonna take it easy tomorrow by coming in for the 8 o’clock instead of 6.

  3. Man am I hurting

S-wod at 135. Still sore from the previous night and didn’t want to push my luck.

    D-wod 10:36 , vicious, all I can say….

I’ll be in for 6 tomorrow. Anyone else?

  4. Guess everyone wants to sleep through their alarm tomorrow! Sorry Sammy Sam….. No 6am class tomorrow. Hopefully I’ll catch ya’ later in the day.
