Gym is closed today. Sorry!! We are in Denver for the Southwest CrossFit Regionals.

We have a blast during our Saturday workouts. It’s more often than not a team workout and we bust out the sandbags, the prowlers, the sleds…. lots of fun stuff!! We’ll miss ya’ today but here’s a workout you can do at home:

10 rounds for time of:
10 Push-ups
10 Sit-ups
10 Squats

Scale down the number of rounds as appropriate. Get your spouse and/or kids involved. Have fun!!
