Rest Day….use today as a rest day if you are following the 3-on, 1-off template. If you’re not following that, you will use today as a day to make up one of the WOD’s from the previous three day cycle, work on a skill or weakness, or work on Olympic lifting with Angelo (Noon/4:30pm only)!

The WOD this Sunday, April 15, will be held at the CMU pool. One of the major tenets of CrossFit is “to learn and play new sports“. We are always asking you to step outside of your comfort zone and try something new. And guess what?….. We won’t ever stop. Let’s take a dip!! If you haven’t seen the El Pomar Natatorium, it’s beautiful!
