Friday – Normal Class Schedule (today’s WOD will be the Whole30 Challenge Benchmark).
Saturday – CFKids @ 9am, CF @ 10am, CFTeens @ 11am.
Sunday – CF @ 11am.
Monday – One class only at 10am.
