Tabata Weighted squat (45/35# plate)

Tabata Weighted ring dip (30/15# dumbbell)

Rest 1 minute

Tabata Deadlift (165/115#)

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.

Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals.

  1. o.k., am I only person who’s first thought was that it looked like Justin was just about to smack Bethanie on the ass? Bethanie has had some real solid workouts this month and is on a roll!
