ME RIng Hold
“Fight Gone Bad”
Wall Ball (20#/14# ball to a 10′ target)
SDHP (75#/55#)
Box Jump (20″)
Push Press (75#/55# out of a rack)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute, with a one-minute break before repeating. 3 rounds for max reps.

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete must move to next station immediately. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
