Team Feltz squaring off.


10-20-30 reps for time of:
Double wall ball
Double under
Jumping back squat (45/35)

So, you’re doing okay with breakfast, lunch and dinner…. but you’re in need of a good snack or two between….. How about:

–2 oz chicken, apple, few avocado slices

–Jerky, macadamia nuts

–2 hard-boiled eggs, almonds or carrots

–Turkey, 1/2 avocado

–Almond butter on celery sticks (or apple slices- yum!)

–Jicama slices, salsa, guacamole

–Leftovers! Eat some of your lunch or dinner, just not as much!

  1. I think we all know who won that battle! I love my wife dearly, but she can barely carry my gym bag. See you all this evening; oh, wait until you do double wall balls, you’re gonna love those!

  2. Thanks for the snack ideas! I’m good with breakfast & lunch but dinner is a challenge, not because I don’t know what to cook but because I can’t get my husband on board with me.

    Everyday Paleo has some really good recipes I’m going to try out in the upcoming weeks.
