Our first 3:30pm class is today. This class will be offered Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Also, we will be starting a Sunday class this week. 11am-1pm time block for that.
Beginning in February we will be following the main site (crossfit.com) on a 2-week delay. Since we now offer classes 7 days/week, this will allow for us to follow the same programming of 3 days on, 1 day rest. The rest day will be an opportunity to make up any of the three previous workouts that perhaps you missed, work on a skill, conquer a weakness, work on a strength component, and/or a ton of other options. We are very excited about this new template!!
