Our first 3:30pm class is today. This class will be offered Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Also, we will be starting a Sunday class this week. 11am-1pm time block for that.

Beginning in February we will be following the main site (crossfit.com) on a 2-week delay. Since we now offer classes 7 days/week, this will allow for us to follow the same programming of 3 days on, 1 day rest.  The rest day will be an opportunity to make up any of the three previous workouts that perhaps you missed, work on a skill, conquer a weakness, work on a strength component, and/or a ton of other options. We are very excited about this new template!!

We currently offer an 8am class Monday through Friday. Change it to 9am… thumbs up or thumbs down? Cast your vote to comments…

  1. I like 8. I’m hardly there though, and 9 wouldn’t bother me. But 8 is better than 9. There, I said something.
