Stick jumps
Sit-ups
Walking lunges (each step counts for 1/2, so 1 step each leg = 1)
Deadlift (225/155)

  1. Amazing video! It’s pretty incredible what hard work and perseverance can do to the mind and body, but probably the most important factor, not having the word QUIT in you!

  2. Props to Mike who has been kicking ass lately!!! You’ve shown alot of mental courage approaching many of these challenging lifts and putting up some impressive weight! Good stuff!
