Warm-up: 800 Meter jog. Insert different drills (carioca, skip, high knees, fanny-whackers, etc…) as you please.
8 rounds of:
Run 400 meters
Rest 90 seconds
Score will be total time, not including 8th rest. Please bring a stopwatch if you’ve got one. Wrist watch or phone will work just fine. Don’t worry, for those of you with running limitations, come on down- we’ve got you covered!
