We’ve seen some awesome P.R.’s this week. It’s been a tough one filled with benchmarks…. “Helen”, “CrossFit Total”, “Kelly”….. nice job everyone!!

  1. Ha! Thanks Tommy! Got 355 up but slipped out before I could set it down…. maybe I’ll re-think the glove strategy!
