We’ve got some new class structure coming straight at ya’!! The warm-up clock begins promptly at the start of your class time (Burpees if you’re late….. Don’t be late!!), we are building in daily mobility, and more often than not there will be additional strength sessions. It’s gonna be awesome.
2 Squat Cleans (@ 85% of 1RM) every minute on the minute for 20 minutes or until failure to complete.
