Rest day.

A good day to come in and use these tools. Work on some mobility.

Let’s talk about this “Rest Day” notion. We are currently following a 3-on, 1-off template. If you are not hitting the gym on the weekends, then this doesn’t reeeeally apply to you today. We encourage you to take a rest day today only if you plan on hitting up a workout the next 3 days. If you typically take the weekends off, then a rest day today is not necessary…. you’re about to take 2 days off!! So, what I’m sayin’ is…… for most of you- today is a great day to make up a workout that you’ve missed from the previous 3-day cycle.
