We are meeting at the gym at 7am today to hike Mt. Garfield. Everyone is welcome- come join us if you can!
6-12 x 200M Run (250M Row) w/90 seconds rest -or-
6-10 x 400M Run (500M Row) w/2 minutes rest -or-
4-6 x 800M Run (1K Row) w/3 minutes rest
Try to hold within 3-5 seconds.
John already knows that he loves rowing repeats.

July is just around the corner- WOW!
We’d really like to bring a team or two up to CrossFit Agoge on July 9. They are holding a team competition as a fundraiser for their teen athletes to go to the CrossFit Games at the end of July. They are teams of four with at least one female per team. These events always let the CrossFit community shine. It will be fun for all ages/abilities. Sign up today! It is $25/each ($100 per team). There is a sign-up sheet at the gym.
