Four sets for max reps of:
30 seconds Double unders
30 seconds rest
30 seconds Anchored sit-ups
30 seconds rest

Reminder:

The CrossFit Regionals are this weekend in Aurora, CO.

We will be there supporting the greater CrossFit community…… so…… we will be holding 6:30am and 7:30am classes only on Friday.

All other classes on Friday and Saturday are cancelled.

Regular schedule will resume on Monday 6/13. If you can, make the trip and check this event out- you will leave inspired!!
