Rest day…. use today as a rest day if you are following the 3-on, 1-off template. If you’re not following that, you will use today as a day to make up one of the WOD’s from the previous three day cycle, do 12.4 (listed below), work on a skill or weakness, or work on Olympic lifting with Angelo (along-side the Noon class and the 4:30 class only). So many options!!

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

150 Wall balls (20# to 10’/14# to 9′)
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups
