Speaking of pull-ups, today is the last day for the March max pull-up challenge. Did you meet your goal?
Modified schedule for Friday, April 1:
6:30am, 8am and Noon classes only.
All pm classes are cancelled. 9am on Saturday, 4/2, is also cancelled.
We try to avoid canceling classes at all costs, but we will be out of town this weekend. If you’d like to repeat the current workout for the CF Open on Saturday, you’re all welcome at CrossFit Agoge in Montrose by 9am or CrossFit Red by 10:45am. Have fun!!
