30 Kettlebell swings (70#/53#)
30 Sit-ups
20 Hang squat cleans (35#/25# dumbbells)
25 GHD back extensions
30 Wall ball shots (20#/14# to 10′ target)
3 Rope climb ascents

This Saturday (9/24) we ARE having 9am class. Or….. if you feel like getting your 5K on, The Son Run is at 8am at the Glacier Ice Arena parking lot. Registration begins at 6:30am.
