Hopefully you are basking on a warm Hawaiian beach right now…..
Five rounds for time of:
45 pound barbell Overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 Burpees
Let trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge.
DO NOT DROP AN EMPTY BARBELL!! This rule will be strictly enforced and a violation comes with a stiff penalty.

If anyone is interested in helping out with the CMU event this Saturday, April 21st, we would certainly appreciate it!! We will be out there from approx. 10am-Noon, with a little added set-up/take down time. We are mainly looking for a couple CFJ members that could man a portion of the field to ensure quality of movement and flow of workout…. Basically just making sure no one goes the wrong way or skips a station. You don’t have to be there the whole time, shifts of 1/2 hour or so will work great and you certainly will be able to get in on the workout while you’re there if you’d like, it will be fun!! ┬áLet us know if you are interested!
