Complete as many rounds in 10 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
20 Double unders

Thanks to Ryan a few of us tried Cyclocross last fall and we had a blast!! The warmer weather is arriving, what new sport will you try?

If you are still in the running for the Paleo Challenge make sure you’ve turned in all food logs, completed the benchmark workout, and get your “after” photo taken…all by Wednesday.

Workout #3 will be released tonight. We will be doing this as our WOD tomorrow. If you are a competitor, please make sure you complete this workout on Wednesday with a judge and/or on Saturday at CrossFit Junction (read below).

This Saturday we are holding our regular, free and open to the public workout at 9am.

THEN… we are hosting the CrossFit Open workout #3. We should have some peeps from nearby CrossFit affiliates rolling through our doors. Heats will start at 11am, so please be warmed up and ready to rock prior to your heat start time. Sign-ups for heat sheets will be available game day and we will be on-site from 9am on so come down whenever you’re ready.

Sunday, April 10 (that’s this weekend!) at 3pm.
Bethanie is hosting a BBQ up on Glade Park. Bring a dish to share and come hang with our growing family outside our gym walls. See the flyer at the gym for more details.

Speaking of our little B-dog…. if you haven’t heard, she is deserving of a “Congratulations!!” the next time you see her. She took her USMC PFT again last week and scored a 299 out of a perfect 300. It has been so awesome to watch you on your journey Bethanie- thanks for sharing it with us!!!
