  1. Workout powered by “Zicam”. If I got anyone else besides Mike sick, start taking Zicam asap and you’ll be good-to-go!

RE: Use of the name “The Event”

    Dear Mr. Chad,
After watching you during numerous “WOD’s” (workout of the day) we must ask you to cease & desist the use of the name “The Event” to describe your workouts immediately. Big Events Inc. owns the copyright to the phrase “The Event” and we believe that your workout skill is nowhere near “Event” status and we feel that you portraying yourself as “Event” status during your WOD’s is completely erroneous and it does not reflect our organization in a positive manner. We at Big Events Inc. understand that loosing “The Event” name could dramatically affect your metal capacity during WOD’s so our marketing team has generously compiled a list of more appropriate names to describe your workout efforts. At your discretion use these names as they are far more accurate than describing your workouts as “The Event”:
    “The Garden Variety”
    “The Common”
    “The Seven Iron”
    “The Pre-Season”
    “The Routine”
    “The Beige”
    “The Platitudinous”

If you choose to not to comply with our cease and desist numerous penalties will be enforced for refusal to stop using “The Event” They are but not limited to:
    1. Carrying ones own gym bag into gym
    2. Limit placed on quantities of recovery shakes consumed during time at gym
    3. Limitation placed on downsizing the size of t-shirt that can be worn while at gym
    4. Limitations on purchasing of new Innov-8 shoes

We understand that these penalties could cause un-due distress to your mental capacity during “WOD’s” (especially #1) but we feel these consequences fit if you are not able to refrain from using “The Event” to describe your workouts.

Thank you for your prompt consideration in dealing with this matter.

    Big Events Inc.

    Good work!
