Come out today and support Bethanie. She will be taking her United States Marine Corps Physical Fitness Test sometime in January. This will be a good status check.

Part 1 – Dead Hang Pull-up/Flexed Arm Hang
Part 2 – Abdominal Crunch
Part 3 – 3 mile run
