We are 1 week down on the Paleo challenge, don’t forget to bring in your food logs sometime this week. ┬áKeep up the good work!

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

We will be holding a breakfast-item food drive from now until March 3. What better time to clear out the cupboards than during a Paleo challenge? Please bring in any non-perishable breakfast food items (cereal, oatmeal, pancake/muffin mix, etc.) to donate to the Food Pantry. Thank you!
